The residential properties and the parking spaces owned by the Vendor in the Development are not for sale to the general public and are to be transferred to associate corporations (as defined in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance) of the Vendor (the "Intra-Group Transfer"). The sole purpose of this website is to make available for inspection the electronic copy of the Register of Transactions in relation to the Intra-Group Transfer.
